Cheese Cake

Cheese Cake

Ingredients
Base:-
Digestive Biscuit - 1packet (small)
Butter - 150g (melted)Biscuit Method mashed the biscuit until crush and mix the melted butter and mix well.
put into the mould and press until flat and put into the fridge to set.

Ingredient A :-
Cream Cheese - 500g
Caster Sugar - 100g
Lemon Juice - 1pcs (if you like a bit sour )



Ingredient B:-
Whipping Cream - 250g
Ingredient C:-
Gelatine - 2tbsp
Water - 5tbsp


Method:-

  1. mix all the A ingredient together mix well and put at side.
  2. whip whipping cream until thicker and than add into the ingredient A
  3. double boil the Gelatine and water until the Gelatine dissolve
  4. add the ingredient C to the mixture and mix well
  5. put the batter into the mould with biscuit base and put into the fridge and chill for 3 - 4hours

#Own Comment:
This is a very easy recipe to make a cheese cake. Ya, I use "make" instead of "bake" because you do not need to use oven.

Well, I made this cake... because of one of my friend (colleague) birthday is around the corner and we would like to going to celebrate with her... As a surprise celebration.

Sorry for the ugly result. But the taste is quite good with 250g Cream Cheese, Lemon Juice from half of a Lemon and 100g whipping cream as I made a small size one.

Temptation Restaurant @Cheras Mahkota

Today would like to talk about this Temptations Restaurant.
The business is run by a small family, an Indian Papa, a Chinese Mama, and their 3 kids, which are 2 daughters and 1 son.
As you can see, the shop is a small shop and there is about 10-13 tables in the shop only.

Before you enter to the shop, you can check is that any special meal of the day that you would like to eat.

Well, as you can see, the shop is kinda small but the environment is well decorated, feel relax with the Italian music. Based on what I have observed, Indian Papa is the chef and Chinese Mama is the bartender. With the eldest daughter and the only son in the family as the waiters.

Let's have a look on the menu, there are variety of options as usual with starter, main courses, drinks. Well, I not sure there is dessert or not (Not remember).
Surprisingly, there is PORK section in the main course's options. (Hardly to be found in other restaurant).

So I decided to try on the Cheesy Pork Parmmiagana, and other family member ordered Fish and Chip, Roast Pork & Mushroom Aglio-olio Pasta and Chicken Stewer on Salad.

And we have just waited for about 15-20 minutes and the foods is served and, tasted NICE and definitely NOT BAD!

Well, this restaurant is highly recommended by me because of the nice taste of the food.
Just to beware that, sometimes, the son will do some so called "BIG" action to attract other point of attraction or small fight with the sisters which might disturb the customers.

But if you are staying nearby Cheras, Kajang area and you have no idea what to have for your dinner especially during weekend, you can try this Temptations Restaurant.

牛油蛋糕/ 牛油云石蛋糕 (Basic Butter Cake/ Marble Cake)

材料



材料:

  1. 250g 牛油
  2. 200-250g 幼糖
  3. 4 粒蛋
  4. 1 小茶匙 Vanilla
  5. 250g 自发面粉
  6. 4 大茶匙鲜奶
  7. 一大茶匙可可粉,加入3大匙热水搅匀 (only for Marble Cake)

做法: 
  1. 将烤箱预热 (180 º C)
  2. 将牛油和糖放入搅拌碗中。
  3. 先用低速度拌打搅匀,用中速度继续拌打至松发。加入第一粒蛋。
  4. 打至呈奶油状,每加一粒蛋须拌打至完全均匀。
  5. 加入Vanilla 搅匀。
  6. 面粉分3次加入,用最低速度拌打。
  7. 最后加入鲜奶拌打至光滑的面糊。 (总过程大约10-15分钟)
  8. 倒入烤盘中,放入已经预热的烤箱。(烘烤大约45分钟即可)
