| Ingredients |
Digestive Biscuit - 1packet (small)
Butter - 150g (melted)Biscuit Method mashed the biscuit until crush and mix the melted butter and mix well.
put into the mould and press until flat and put into the fridge to set.
Ingredient A :-
Cream Cheese - 500g
Caster Sugar - 100g
Lemon Juice - 1pcs (if you like a bit sour )
Ingredient B:-
Whipping Cream - 250g
Ingredient C:-
Gelatine - 2tbsp
Water - 5tbsp
Method:-
- mix all the A ingredient together mix well and put at side.
- whip whipping cream until thicker and than add into the ingredient A
- double boil the Gelatine and water until the Gelatine dissolve
- add the ingredient C to the mixture and mix well
- put the batter into the mould with biscuit base and put into the fridge and chill for 3 - 4hours

This is a very easy recipe to make a cheese cake. Ya, I use "make" instead of "bake" because you do not need to use oven.
Well, I made this cake... because of one of my friend (colleague) birthday is around the corner and we would like to going to celebrate with her... As a surprise celebration.
Sorry for the ugly result. But the taste is quite good with 250g Cream Cheese, Lemon Juice from half of a Lemon and 100g whipping cream as I made a small size one.
